Abstract:
The dissertation presents the developed methods, software tools, and the Electronic Information and Educational Environment (EIEE) created on their basis at JINR. The EIEE is a set of electronic information and educational resources, as well as telecommunication technologies and means for providing information support for scientific research, training highly qualified personnel, and informing the general public about the activities of a scientific organization.
The dissertation research was carried out as part of the Topical Plan on the topic 09-9-1139-2019, project 09-9-1139-1-2021/2028.
