“Orpheus” (1950): Orpheus, a famous poet, has had enough of life and glory. Everything has changed when he met the Princess of Hell. She falls in love with Orpheus, and, at the same time, Heurtebise, her servant, falls in love with Orpheus’ wife Eurydice. Driven by her forbidden love, the Princess takes Eurydice to the kingdom of Darkness, and Orpheus and Heurtebise both set off in pursuit.
