The results of the annual survey on social satisfaction of the employees of the Joint Institute for Nuclear Research have been analysed. The index of the satisfaction level of JINR employees increased by several per cent compared to the results of last year and amounted to 65.35%.

Several directions saw improvement. Thus, in 2023, the share of those satisfied with the JINR’s social infrastructure increased to 77%. The respondents positively evaluate the ongoing changes. Many noted the new checkpoint at the DLNP JINR site. The indicators that saw the largest increase since 2022 were feedback from management (76.6%), the social climate in the team (89%), and working conditions (87.6%).
