Scrapbooking club’s meeting

The JINR Universal Public Library opens a new club and invites all those interested over 16 years old to a meeting of the scrapbooking club. Participants of the club’s meetings create handmade photo albums dedicated to the past events of Blokhinka.
The last meeting will take place on 22 December.
