On 25 October 2023, at 4:00 PM, the Association of Young Scientists and Specialists at JINR invites everyone interested to the next seminar that will take place in the Big Hall of the JINR Scientists’ Club (6, Joliot-Curie street, left side).

Georgy Shelkov, DLNP leading researcher, will deliver his report “From antitritium (1H3) to computer tomography. Notes of a veteran or 56 years with DLNP JINR”.

Georgy Shelkov is a physicist, who has participated in the creation of experimental facilities at JINR, IHEP (Protvino), and CERN since 1965. The author will not only tell about the details of their creation, but also share his memories of life at that time in Dubna.

There will be a small coffee break at 4:00 PM, which precedes the seminar. The report will start at 4:15 PM.
