On 17 May 2023, at 4:00 PM, the Association of Young Scientists and Specialists of JINR invites you to the next seminar that will take place at the hall of the JINR Scientists’ Club (6, Joliot-Curie street, left side).

Olga Vinogradova (an LRB researcher) will make a report “Molecular foundations of cancer”.

Olga speaks about the seminar, “Today, there are a large number of the origin of tumours, many of which have a theoretical explanation and confirmation in practice. At the seminar, we will speak about modern concepts of carcinogenesis, the main properties and differences of malignant tumours from normal tissues. We will discuss the general principles of diagnosis, approaches to the prevention and treatment of malignant neoplasms.”

There will be a small coffee break at 4:00 PM, which precedes the seminar. The report will start at 4:15 PM.
