The session of the Committee of Plenipotentiary Representatives of the Governments of the JINR Member States was held in the JINR International Conference Hall in a hybrid format. Representatives of the governments of Azerbaijan, Belarus, Georgia, the Arab Republic of Egypt, Kazakhstan, Cuba, Moldova, Mongolia, Russia, and Romania arrived in Dubna to personally participant in the event.
