A meeting of leaders of VBLHEP and the University "Dubna" on training of specialists for the NICA project was held on December 17, 2015 in the conference hall of the Laboratory of High Energy Physics.

Formally, the discussion was held as a round table. In fact, it was a dynamic dialogue of representatives of the VBLHEP Directorate, heads of large departments, on the one hand, and the university administration, heads of field-specific chairs of the University, as well as representatives of the secondary education system on the other hand. Both sides have the necessary expertise, knowledge of legislation, problematics, research activities, and educational technology. Therefore, participants immediately took appropriate decisions on appointment of working groups, responsible persons, additional measures, opportunities for students to combine work and study, and etc.
