Dear colleagues, dear citizens of Dubna, I congratulate you on the Day of Russian Science!

We celebrate this day on the eve of the glorious jubilee – the 60th anniversary of the foundation of our Institute, “our home on the banks of the Volga” as our international centre often is being called by scientists from the JINR Member States. These days, implementation of scientific and technical tasks of the Seven-Year Plan for the Development of JINR is on fast-forward. And the Seven-Year Plan for the Development of JINR for 2017-2023 has been being discussed at the latest sessions of the Committee of Plenipotentiaries of the Governments of the JINR Member States, the JINR Scientific Council, nearly finished meetings of the JINR Programme Advisory Committees. I would like to express my deep confidence that the JINR staff will make every effort for implementation of large-scale tasks faced by the Institute.

I wish health, prosperity, career achievements and new scientific discoveries to staff members of the Joint Institute for Nuclear Research, scientists, engineers, constructors, all staff members who work at Dubna enterprises of the research complex, our colleagues and partners from Russian research centers.
