The Ministry of Investments and Innovations of the Moscow Region launches submission of documents and selection of young scientists and specialists working at scientific organizations of the Moscow region for the participation in the Social Mortgage subprogramme of the Moscow region state programme “Dwelling” approved by the decree of the Government of the Moscow Region dated 04.10.2016 No. 1072/35 “On early termination of the implementation of the state programme of the Moscow region “Dwelling” for 2017-2027 years and approval of the state programme of the Moscow region “Dwelling” for 2023-2033″.

The selection is carried out to provide the most in-demand young scientists and specialists, young unique specialists with state support in the acquisition (construction) of residential premises provided they conclude a residential mortgage loan agreement (mortgage loan) for a period of 10 years by:

• payment of the initial payment when making a residential mortgage loan agreement (mortgage loan);
• monthly compensation for the principal debt payment for a residential mortgage loan (mortgage loan).

The deadline for submitting applications is from 06.02.2023 to 31.03.2023.
