A presentation of Museum of History of Science and Technology of JINR was held on 1 November 2016. During almost a year, the JINR Museum has been completely overhauled. Construction works are completed, offices have furniture, showcases were installed in halls and they were already partially filled with exhibits, but the work on decoration is ongoing. The Museum will open its doors to visitors in a few weeks.

Director of the JINR Museum Nadezhda Kavalerova thanked all those whose efforts allowed the Institute and the city to have such a house of science: the JINR Directorate for the support and financing, the initiators of foundation of the Museum of History of Science and Technology of JINR in 1993, construction and managerial departments of JINR, young scientists, lecturers, staff, permanent participants of Museum events.
