We offer to your attention the cycle of 5 lectures “Superheavy elements” which will be delivered by RAS Academician Yu.Ts.Oganessian. This lecture series is devoted to one of topical issues of modern physics, nuclear chemistry and astrophysics related to the existence of hypothetical superheavy elements.

The lecture series “Superheavy elements” will be held from 25 February to 24 March 2016 in the FLNR Conference Hall on Thursdays (25/02/16, 03/03/16, 10/03/16, 17/03/16, 24/03/16) at 3.30 pm.

Each 2 x 45-minute lecture dedicated to a particular topic.

The lectures are intended for a wide, especially young, audience: scientific researchers, engineers, postgraduates and students.
