JINR invites employees to participate in sociological survey
News, 28 November 2023
The Joint Institute for Nuclear Research is conducting a sociological study of the level of social satisfaction of JINR employees for the third time. All employees of the Institute are invited to fill out the questionnaire. The survey will be closed on 1 December 2023.
Assessment of employees’ social satisfaction is an important part of JINR’s corporate social policy. This sociological study is a reliable way to get feedback from employees on a range of issues, including the results of JINR’s social and infrastructure projects.
Such surveys present valuable information given that they are conducted regularly, i.e. annually, and that a similar methodology is used from year to year. Based on the data obtained, it is possible to track the dynamics of various processes. Thus, there has been a consistently high level of satisfaction with in-team relationships (86% in 2021, 85% in 2022) and working conditions (75% in 2021, 76% in 2022). In 2022, 83% noted they would choose to work at JINR again (66% in 2021); 58% said they would not want to work in another organization (40% in 2021). It is of interest how the situation has changed since last year.
The link to the online questionnaire has been sent to all employees of the Institute by e-mail. It takes about 10-15 minutes to complete the survey. The survey is anonymous, and the report will only include aggregate results of statistical processing of data.
