JINR at MIPT Career Day
Education, 31 October 2022
The Joint Institute traditionally took part in the annual Career Day of MIPT, where one of the JINR-based Departments is located. About 3,000 students from different faculties and courses attended the event to learn about vacancies, internships, and professional development prospects from representatives of leading science-intensive, engineering, and IT companies.
JINR representatives told everyone interested in detail about master’s programmes, combining work in the specialty with studying at the MIPT master’s programme. They also presented career opportunities of the Institute.
The main purpose of the Department of Fundamental and Applied Problems in Microworld Physics of MIPT is to train highly qualified specialists in experimental nuclear physics and particle physics, relativistic nuclear physics and heavy-ion physics, theoretical physics, and other branches of physics.
The Institute is interested in talented students who are ready to become a part of a huge promising research centre. Participation in career forums will increase the influx of young scientists to JINR.
