The International Workshop “Low-dimensional materials: theory, modeling, experiment” will be launched in the International Conference Hall, Dubna, on 9 July 2018.

The Workshop is organized by the Bogoliubov Laboratory of Theoretical Physics JINR with the support of the Russian Foundation for Basic Research (RFBR).

The topics of the Workshop cover a wide range of low-dimensional phenomena in the fields of low-dimensional materials. In particular, 2D materials (graphen and others), transport phenomena in LDM, LDM-based heterostructures, LDM functionalization, nanoribbons and carbon nanotubes, LDM in nano/bio electronic devices, Dirac and Weyl metals and semimetals will be discussed.

The programme of the Workshop includes oral reports and a poster session. The Workshop will be held until 12 July.
