Scientists from Armenia take part in 20 topics of the Topical Plan for JINR Research and International Cooperation. The collaboration covers joint research on particle physics, nuclear physics, condensed matter physics, materials science, nanotechnology, and energy. Armenian employees are also interested in IT and JINR educational programmes.
On 15 April 2022, a JINR Information Centre was opened on the platform of Yerevan State University (YSU) and the A. Alikhanyan National Laboratory.
JINR and the National Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Armenia (NAS RA) regularly organize joint conferences and seminars.
