On 03-10 July 2016 the 8th Annual Scientific-Technical Summer School “HUMAN RESOURCES OF THE FUTURE” will take place in Dubna. The project has been initiated by the Joint Institute for Nuclear Research in cooperation with the Dubna Town Administration, “Raduga State Machine-Building Design Bureau” JSC , Dubna State University, RosOEZ territorial administration of Moscow region, RosOEZ “Dubna” companies-residents, science and production enterprises of the science town Dubna and International School for young researchers “Dialogue”.

The aim of this summer school is to prepare and to attract promising young personnel and university graduates to the science town Dubna in order to implement project-based work or to work on a regular basis at the JINR and at the science and production enterprises of the science town Dubna; to create interactive environment for the participants including students from JINR Member States during their practice at JINR; to popularize the science town Dubna as one of the leaders in the field of scientific and technic research and innovation in the Russian Federation; to actualize the potential of Dubna State University in the function of the basic University for preparing highly qualified specialists; to provide the selected participants with the opportunity to demonstrate their creative abilities and to develop practical skills of teamwork by means of project work.

In the frame of the school the participants will have the opportunity to enrich their knowledge and skills as well as to meet interesting people, to go on excursions to the city-forming enterprises of the science town Dubna, to establish educational and scientific contacts, to take part in various sports and cultural events and to enjoy marvelous views of the summer town, thus mixing business with pleasure.
