In the frames of the Third international Rosatom Knowledge Management Forum “Integrated KM solutions for R&D, Engineering and Operations Societies”, an agreement on cooperation between the International Atomic Energy Agency and the Joint Institute for Nuclear Research was signed on 13 April 2016.

The document was signed by IAEA Deputy Director General M.V.Chudakov and JINR Director Academician V.A.Matveev. The agreement provides a basis for staff trainings and development of infrastructure in the fields of safe operation and disposal of nuclear research reactors, accelerators, application of radiation and isotopes in medicine, applying of the INIS Collection and etc.
