The 19th International Conference «Science. Philosophy. Religion» will be held on 5–6 December 2016 in Dubna (Moscow region) in the International Conference Hall, the Joint Institute for Nuclear Research.
The Conference «Science. Philosophy. Religion» is a discussion platform that gathers representatives of science, philosophy, theology and other humanitarian sciences to discuss topical issues and to seek solutions.
The topic of the conference in 2016: “Development of Russia in XXI century: interaction of science and religion.”
The conference is organized by the St. Andrew Foundation and the Joint Institute for Nuclear Research. The conference is held with the active participation of the RAS Scientific Council for UN Religious and Social Studies, the Moscow Orthodox Theological Academy, the Lomonosov Moscow State University, the St. Tikhon’s Orthodox University of Humanities, the RAS Institute of Philosophy, and other scientific and educational institutions.
Leading experts in various fields of science and culture, as well as eminent philosophers and theologians will attend the conference.
